In the process of establishing a consulting relationship, entering into, and exercising the rights and obligations of HEV and the Customer, HEV may collect and process your personal data. HEV is committed to ensuring the safety and protection of your personal data (BVDLCN) in accordance with Vietnamese law.

We would like to note that: In case HEV is not agreed by Customer to allow processing of Customer's personal data, HEV's responsibility to exercise rights and obligations may be limited, then HEV may consider and decide on not continuing to provide HEV's products and services to Customer.
